barriers are now being placed at mrt stations that are above ground. whoopie do. after 20 years of people jumping off the tracks despite them repeating the plea not to step beyond the yellow line, someone finally had the intellect to build barriers. and oh they only built it cos it was cheaper now. yes, of course it's cheaper to let people die than to erect barriers. what's the life of a few people anyway right? we can always bring them in from overseas. but then again, only what 3 stations having them operational in like a month? when will the rest be 'retro-fitted' then? when a few more people decide to sit on the train tracks? oh wait that was the malaysian railway. my bad
