after 2 month or so i now have the guts to say: i'm a missy-cum-receptionist... i'm a medic who sits at the registration counter who picks up the phone:"good morning/afternoon/evening, mandai hill medical centre" this habit is getting so bad that at home whenever i pick up the phone i'm tempted to say "hello, mandai hill medical centre" thankfully i've not blurted that out yet... hahah.... imagine my friend's/relative's reaction... anyway, yar, i'm a receptionist, just short of personal assistant where i can sit on the doctor's lap, but no making out with the boss either...it's a whole office full of men!!! lol...

i'm getting complaints... apparently i'm a bit too blatantly ripping off my sis of her discoveries n comments, so now i gotta find better inspiration or acknowledge that i'm plagarising from her...

now, moving on to my topic for today: about songs

christina aguilera, after a dunno-how-long hiatus is finally back with a new song: ain't no other man. well, she's finally ditching, to a small extent, her slutty image she carved out during the dirrty-moulin rouge era. not much but a start. i think the song is quite good, typical christina screaming, but overall not bad. has a nice _____ tune. still can't figure out its genre but yeah, its nice... a bit retro, a bit jazz i think. i wouldn;t know, din study much(read: at all) about music. anywayz i;m waiting for her new album... :)

pink's new song is hilarious. the title says it all:stupid girls. kinda reminds me of myself... *blink blink* *twirls hair, pouts* hahah... the mtv is even better, looking past the f***... ahhaha... love the parodies...

paris hilton's new song: stars are blind; what i think: her managers are deaf
that being said, her song actually sounds quite decent, has a gwen stefani quality to her voice. i know its like a great insult to the ex-lead singer of no doubt but when i head it, i sometimes mistake it for a stefani song... honest! yar... n as my sis said(i think), such are the wonders of the synthesiser... :)

last sunday, wanted to go out with my jie-mei to eat at parkway parade, but ended up in settler's café instead. wasn't a bad choice. quite fun. had menus in the form of a monopoly board. damn they didn't have king's cross station.... grrr... anywayz, the place overall not bad, comfy couches with oversized cushions and over 200 board games. love to go there again, laze around in the afternoon... yar... a bit ex lah so better to drag a lotta friends along... hahah...
