yesterday went for the nj chinese singing n songwriting competition.... total flop... dun get me wrong... the singing was quite good... the response... sucked.... the 500 seater LT1 was not even a quarter filled.... the number of audience totalled like 10-20... the rest are all involved in the event somehow or another lor... totally pathetic!!! well... could be cos not enuff publicity lar... din even haf announcement lor... despite it being free.... or maybe cos of the CO concert at S'pore Conference hall lah... nj so far frm SCH.... rush there barely on time lor...

speaking of which... we( me samuel branz n daniel with joel yap tagging to get to mrt go somerset) rush over to SCH after the very disappointing show... joel yap onli won 1st runner up lor... hello??? anyway... took 67... not exactly a good choix... stop at newton food centre.... to be tempted.... no dinner wat... the com started at 5.30 instead of the usual 5... cheat my money lor... take taxi to nj onli to find tt im early... with like no other pple.... ANYWAY.... back to newton... went thru the food centre without eating... *whine*... then found out we took a wrong turn somewhere... suppose to cross overhead bridge but din... so like anyone else would do... we ran across the busy highway n climbed over the fence... n as usual... daniel had difficulty climbing over... laughing as he went... lolx... and anyway still made it on time lah so not too bad...

the concert itself leh... not too bad... had more fun looking at the conductor conducting though.... with so much expression transferred into the song... lolx!!! quite good lah... for 10 bux... lolx
