What Color is Your Brain?

ORANGE:

At work or in school: I need to be "hands on": I like to play games, to compete, and to perform. I enjoy flexibility, changes of pace, and variety. I have difficulty with routine and structure. My favorite subjects are music, art, theatre, and crafts. I often excel in sports. I like solving problems in active ways and negotiating for what I want. I can be direct and like immediate results.
With friends: Planning ahead bores me because I never know what I want to do until the moment arrives. I like to excite my friends with new and different things, places to go, and romantic moments.
With family: I need a lot of space and freedom. I want everyone to have fun. It is hard for me to follow rules, and I feel we should all just enjoy one another.

What obsolete skill are you?

You are 'Latin'. Even among obsolete skills, the tongue of the ancient Romans is a real anachronism. With its profusion of different cases and conjugations, Latin is more than a language; it is a whole different way of thinking about things. You are very classy, meaning that you value the classics. You value old things, good things which have stood the test of time. You value things which have been proven worthy and valuable, even if no one else these days sees them that way. Your life is touched by a certain 'pietas', or piety; perhaps you are even a Stoic. Nonetheless, you have a certain fascination with the grotesque and the profane. Also, the modern world rejects you like a bad transplant. Your problem is that Latin has been obsolete for a long time.

it was national day yesterday... woo hoo... as u can tell im so excited... yar.. so i was stuck at the national stadium as usualafter watching the whole event like 7 times, it has lost its magic on me. not to mention that its my 2nd time participating - 4 years ago as a mass display participant, 4 yrs later as a cover medic - hence the overall feel has dropped even lower for me. the fireworks of cos were spectacular but the rest of the show well, lacked lustre. well, being the last time held in the old national stadium i had expected so much more, at least a more grand performance, but no... well, at least the fireworks saved the show, i think...

sigh, its so sad, the stadium i knew now and 4 years ago were of little or no difference, yet 4 years later, i won't know what the stadium will look like... sigh...

oh well, enough of whining about the stadium, time to whine about other stuff: wanted to watch the fireworks festival on 8 of aug, but din go in the end. i wonder y, oh yar, cos i had national day cover the next day!!! grrr... well, at least i got to see some of it thanks to my staying on like almost the top floor of the building. not bad, except blocked by the skyscrapers in the cbd.... *rols eyes* gonna go watch this sat... hahaha..
